The Customer agrees to pay the Service Provider the following payment for the Services provided as corresponds to the Service selected in Section 1. This fee will be paid by the appertaining schedule with the first payment due on the Effective Date.

1. Door-to-Door Role Play is a cost of $249.00 to be paid once per month

Additionally, the Customer acknowledges that an agreement will be emailed to them, and they are required to sign it before being added to the respective groups and starting the program.
